About Amir
Amir Shah is a 16 year old junior at Springbrook High School in Silver Spring Maryland. Springbrook is a signature school of information technology, international studies and the International Baccalaureate program. Amir is involved in the school’s information technology program, part of the Academy of Information Technology, and enrolled in many Advanced Placement courses. Amir is also involved in many extra curricular activities; He is the captain of the school’s debate team, a senior member and team leader on the school’s Botball robotics team, a founding member of the school’s ChemClub, project manager and founder of Springbrook’s Android Development Team, part of the cross country team, and also on the school’s tennis team. Amir would also like to start an IEEE club to work in congregation with the NoVA/DC chapter very soon. In his free time Amir can be found doing his homework, programming, playing video games, or practicing for the next tennis match.
