Wanna Be Invisible?

So apparently a new substance has been discovered that allows scientists, if used right, to render objects invisible. This new superlens makes it so that light hitting the object bounces back, and essentially erases the incoming light. Sir John Pendry, a theoretical physicist at Imperial College London who invented superlenses, said: “Effectively, they are making a piece of space seem to disappear, at least as far as light is concerned.”

Theres still kinks though. The new substance can only be used at some frequencies, and only if the object is close to the lens.
